Zushi was opened on 3rd October 2005 to a hungry crowd of sushi lovers in search of quality, freshness and value for money. Zushi has attracted many fans in our 3 years in business and was recently rewarded with Lifestyle Food Channel's Australia's Favourite Japanese Restaurant award in 2007.  

Sit at our Zushi Bar and watch the mastery of our sushi chefs as they hand-make each piece of sushi to order. Zushi also has tables inside or outside for footpath dining on busy Victoria St.

Come in and try the freshest sushi + sashimi in town, or indulge in our unique specialty rolls such as the Zushi Roll with eel & prawns or the Special Beef Roll with BBQ beef, onions and crispy sweet potato......and don't forget our famous strawberry tempura for dessert!
